  We were the only customers who had not been waited on, on a Saturday morning. There were only 3 employees visible, and a constant stream of drive-thru customers. It did not seem to be a very busy time, especially as the drive-thru customers were being served in a timely fashion. We, however, were kept waiting for nearly 15 minutes. We were there with another couple, and all of us ordered what should be expected at 9 am. Breakfast sandwiches and coffee - no special orders. As I watched, nearly every sandwich was snatched up by the very nice lady who took our order, and served to the drive-up customers. While the need to service drive-thru customers as quickly as possible is understandable, the dine-in customers should be served also. Perhaps that is the reason there was only one other customer inside when we arrived. The employees were very personable, once they found time to acknowledge us. The restaurant was clean. They were not spending their time chit chatting. And they were by no means slow in handling customers at the drive up window. Four stars for the food and friendly service, 2 stars for the delay = 3 star average.

  I give it that many stars only because the food is good and always fresh. However that being said, because it is fresh, it does take a little longer to receive your order, because they cook each order as they receive it. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars, is because that award goes to the Hardee's in Trenton, TN.
